HR-Admin Assistant is responsible for internal and external Admin and human resource-related inquiries or requests.


1. HR task:

· Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires (coordinator level).

· Maintain records of personnel-related data (timesheet, personal information, etc.) in both paper and the database.

· Follow up probation result, labor contract renew of employees.

· Assist HR Manager in performance management procedures

· Support other functions as assigned

2. Admin task:

· Welcome guests/visitors, internal managers/staff, provide prompt service/guidance to inquiries, coordinate to serve drinks, meeting rooms & cafeteria

· Responsible for incoming and outgoing correspondences, including filing and sending to the right persons

· Coordinate with other Departments to control company assets: office equipment and machines, taxi cards control, beverage inventories, cartridge control/order/payments, stationary order, control and distribution

· Maintain office tidiness and cleanness, office fumigation

· Assist HR function to organize company events & activities

· Responsible for all matter for car arrangements for staff/ex-pats/guests.

· Responsible for making work permit, temporary residence card, visa letter for all expats and guests.

· Responsible for other matters concerned to expats (apartment, annual leave, air ticket….)

· Responsible for collecting and record data of Health insurance for all employees. Follow up with the supplier and resolve in case need HR support.

· Arrange payments for office bills, service suppliers, and keep receipts

· Other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth running of the office

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have experience at least 2 years at the same position

- Good communication in both VNese & English

- Well manage, open mind & teamwork

- Hard-working, ability to handle data with confidentiality

- Good attitude

* Working time from 8AM to 4PM, from Monday to Friday, Saturday morning work from home.

* If you have excellent performance you will be considered to be the permanent employee.
