- Work closely with a key partners to influence and support our sales with Elite’s portfolio of brands.
- Heavy focus on gaining new sales channels and brands through acquisition and identifying - cross distribution opportunities.
- Execute strategic planning and sales analysis.
- Analyze business trends and customer competitive activity to optimize Elite offerings and drive portfolio.
- Strategically and tactically manage key joint business planning priorities and develop a positive business relationship with various partners.
- Accurately report and forecast the business which would include monthly sales, promotions, and initiatives
- Effectively work with buyers and brands to develop our business.
- Target, profile, and work to convert key prospective channels into customers
- Develop and own customer relationships and the joint business planning process
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
- 2-3 year professional experience (including internships) in distribution company is preferred; background in cosmetics/ fashion is ideal.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful and proactive nature.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
