- Control and managing complying HR Policies for functions: Recruiting, time keeping, pay roll, Insurances, portal…
- Performance evaluation, training and development, staff relations, labor dispute management, policy enactment and enforcement
- Compliance with local laws stay up to date on updates and ensure the rules of practice of the company comply with local laws.
- Building harmonious employee relationships, maintaining labor relations projects, focusing on advice and handling of employee complaints.
- Establish the policy and procedure to follow CSR program
- Managing all task of administration
